At The Commons – Creative Park, the Emotional Management Skills Class, in collaboration with Alpha Camp Academy, invites children to explore and learn how to manage their emotions. During the class, children will learn how to recognize different emotions, understand what causes them, and express their thoughts and needs in a positive way.

Through interactive games, real-life situations, and group activities, children will have the opportunity to develop their listening skills, understand others, manage negative emotions, and communicate with greater confidence and openness in their everyday relationships.

The class helps children understand that managing emotions and communicating effectively are important skills for building confidence, connecting with others, and growing into more confident individuals.
