On February 29, 2006, a young woman is brutally and mysteriously murdered, leaving her boyfriend devastated and unable to move on. Four years later, on February 29, 2010, a drug addict was found dead. The only clue left at the crime scene is the number 292, written in blood.

From that moment on, February 29 becomes a date haunted by unexplained deaths. The cycle begins again on February 29, 2014, when a young novelist moves into the apartment where the woman was murdered eight years earlier. As strange events begin to unfold, long buried secrets slowly come to light, and no one knows who will be next.
