Lotte World Hanoi Aquarium offers different ticket categories for domestic and international visitors. Prices vary depending on visitor height and the day of admission.

3.1. Domestic Tickets

Applicable to Vietnamese visitors and foreign visitors who can present a valid Residence Card at the ticket counter.

3.2. International Tickets

Applicable to international visitors.

Height and admission policy:

• Adult tickets apply to visitors above 140cm in height.
• Child tickets apply to visitors between 80cm and 140cm in height.
• Children under 80cm are admitted free of charge when accompanied by one ticket-holding adult. This policy only applies to individual visitors purchasing tickets directly at the ticket counter.

• Tickets must remain intact, without tears, alterations, patching or erasures, and are valid only on the date of purchase or voucher exchange.
• Lost tickets cannot be reissued.
• Purchased tickets are non-refundable.

4.4. Ticket Date Changes and Transfer Policy

• Refund and Cancellation Policy: Purchased tickets cannot be refunded or canceled.
