VIO CHALLENGE 2026 – PICKLEBALL TOURNAMENT RULES

Article 1. Purpose & Spirit

Create a fun space to connect with friends and the Vio app community who share a passion for pickleball.

Uphold fair play and positive energy.

Ensure a fair, friendly, and united playing environment.

Article 2. Time & Venue

Time: Saturday, September 12, 2026

• 09:00: Opening Ceremony
• 10:00: Competition Begins

Venue: Wow Sport Metropole Pickleball – 20 Nguyen Thien Thanh St., An Khanh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.

Article 3. Participants & Pairing

Open to Vio app community members, friends, partners, and guests.

10 pairs (Mixed doubles), no skill-level division (no A/B category).

Players are free to pair up on their own; the Organizing Committee (OC) will help match solo registrants with a partner.

Article 4. Format, Scoring & Rules

4.1 Group Stage:

10 pairs are split into 2 groups (A & B), 5 pairs each.

Round-robin format within each group.

Each match: 1 game to 11 points, win by 2.

Top 2 pairs from each group advance to the Semifinals.

4.2 Semifinals (Cross-bracket):

SF1: Group A Winner vs. Group B Runner-up.

SF2: Group B Winner vs. Group A Runner-up.

Both Semifinal losers are awarded joint 3rd place (Co-Bronze).

4.3 Final:

SF1 Winner vs. SF2 Winner, competing for 1st and 2nd place.

Article 5. Prizes

Total prize pool: 6,000,000 VND

1st Place: Trophy + Medal

2nd Place: Medal

Co-3rd Place (2 pairs): Medal

Article 6. Fee & Registration

Entry fee: 399,000 VND/player (Gift Bag included).

Register and pay via the QR code on the event page for priority placement.

Note: The Organizing Committee's decisions are final.
